Application
A local builder had purchased a brand new muck truck for moving building rubble, debris, concrete and earth for the many projects that he was involved in. He wanted to give this equipment as much impact and abrasion resistance that he could with a durable and seamless coating that could also provide a airtight and watertight finish that would extend the life of the new machine dramatically.
Solution
A LINE-X Dealer fully prepared the machine before applying LINE-X XS100. This application would ensure the ongoing protection from its workload and also prevent any rust or corrosion starting in the load area.
Results
The customer was very pleased with the results. For a relatively small outlay he has increased the working life-span of this muck truck, while at the same time reducing the amount of noise on-site when it is loaded with building debris, due to the sound deadening and impact absorbing qualities of the LINE-X coating.
